Documentation. We maintain detailed documentation of your preferences, standard operating procedures, and specific tasks. Every meeting is recorded so your EA and the backup team can review your preferences and instructions.
Communication and Coordination Strategies
During your EA’s absence, LinkedHelpers employs effective communication and coordination strategies to keep you informed and updated. These strategies include:
Regular Check-Ins. Backup EAs will proactively check in with you to understand your current priorities and provide updates on ongoing tasks.
Clear Communication Channels. Your whole team of primary EA, Folate, and the Account Manager are on the Slack Group Chat to ensure everyone is updated on every communication exchange.
Status Updates. Backup EAs provide regular status updates on pending tasks, upcoming meetings, and relevant information to keep you well-informed.

To ensure a consistent point of contact, LinkedHelpers designates one backup EA as your primary point of contact during your EA’s absence. This designated backup EA will handle your requests, coordinate tasks, and be a reliable resource for any assistance you may need.
On the other hand, the Account Manager will monitor the everyday performance of the EAs.
